i was so thrilled with how clean the entire hotel was! my room was super clean. even the restrooms and hallways sparkled. the staff were always smiling and ready to help. it was a really nice touch!
i found the lack of a fridge in the room a bit inconvenient. also, there were not enough towels provided. the check in process also took longer than i expected. i wish there was an online check in option available.
